As per the Bye-Laws of Buddhist Culture Preservation
Society (BCPS), Mon-Bomdila, Geshe Dondup Tsering, Vice President of BCPS,
ex-officio Abbot of GRL Monastery was promoted to the post of the President by
its Executive Board on 5th August, 2020 after formally resigned by
the previous President, Geshe Jambey Dorjee.
